We provide counselling to individuals suffering from Mental Health Illness and specialise in supporting victims/survivors, both male and female, of Domestic Abuse, Trauma and those suffering Complex Mental Health Disorders such as BPD, DID, BP providing a "Holistic Wrap Around Service" through our partnerships who may be able to provide advocacy support for ongoing needs.
We also provide counselling to individuals suffering from Mental Health Illness such as work-related Stress, Anxiety and Depression, offering a "Holistic Wrap Around Service" through our partnerships enabling clients to sustain, maintain & retain or prepare for employment.
In addition, we provide counselling to support the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a safe supportive space where you can explore your identity free from judgement and find your place as part of society.
We offer short term therapy of up to 12 sessions tailored to meet the needs of each client's unique experience of life.
Can help individuals to find their own answers within themselves, through providing a non-judgmental space to be heard.
Can help individuals challenge their negative thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour by developing alternative ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
Can help individuals explore conscious and unconscious thoughts and patterns of relating and how these behaviours may relate to early life experiences.
Can help individuals by drawing on various different approaches, tailoring therapy to each person's unique experience.
