How many sessions can I have?

We provide short term counselling offering up to 12 sessions, which will usually last 50 minutes, where you will attend each session on a weekly basis.

How much do I need to pay?

What types of therapy do you provide?

Person Centred Therapy

Can help individuals to find their own answers within themselves, through providing a non-judgemental space to be heard.  


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Can help individuals challenge their negative thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour by developing alternative ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.


Psychodynamic approach

Can help individuals explore conscious and unconscious thoughts and patterns of relating behaviours and how these may relate to early life experiences.


Integrative approach

Can help individuals by drawing on various different approaches, tailoring therapy to each person's unique experience.


How long will I have to wait for an appointment?

Once we have received your referral, you will be invited in for an initial assessment, which we aim to process within 2/3 weeks. The assessment is an opportunity for us to assess/understand your circumstances and how counselling can best support you.
